Sonnenhof Bed and Breakfast Blog

This chandelier I made from aspenwood  I got from  our land. All wires are hidden and drilled inside the logs. The shades are handmade. It took me  about 120 hrs. to complete this chandelier. It is one of the centerpieces in our log room.

More than 3 years ago Hilde and I got the idea to add a log room for entertaining and at the same time have a breakfast room for our guests. It took me some time to design the room including the woodwork and the cabinets. On the above picture you can see almost the entire room including the woodwork, trim and cabinetry. I will give you more details of the following pictures of the cabinet, chandelier, table and sconces that I made.
